Requested a XL in a certain color and was sent a small in a wrong color. I've emailed the seller in hopes the let me get a refund.

Seller did not ship initially, and when I contacted them, they said it was lost in the mail. They did send a replacement quickly. The top is a nice quality but seems very wide at the bottom.
The material is a little rough not soft at all still a cute sweatshirt though.
Would recommend sizing up if you want a looser fit (like the model in the photos). I'm usually a medium, but this medium was a little snug through the arms and chest.
