Perfect Bauble Necklace

I ordered the "perfect bauble necklace" in yellow. It arrived broken; there was a link missing. The necklace was in two pieces when I removed it from the package. In addition, the colors of the beads varied in shade. Two of the beads were a different shade of yellow than the others. I have requested a refund.
