Very disappointed with the return policy and the fit of this top. I didn’t receive a refund for my original shipping so essentially I paid shipping twice and have nothing to show for it. Will not purchase from this seller again.
I am sorry that the top did work for you. I am also sorry you are disappointed in the return policy. Jane.com return policy states: If you are returning the item, your refund (minus shipping) will be issued as soon as the seller receives your returned merchandise. If the item was damaged or incorrect, the shipping cost will also be refunded. Per our return policy the seller will only provide you with a prepaid label to return your item for damaged or incorrect orders. (sizing, change of mind, did not like, or exchanges are excluded from getting a prepaid shipping label)
