They are not true to size I got my regular size and they are way to big

What a great buy, so comfy, cozy and warm and the quality is excellent. I sized up from my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly!

They're so cute and warm, but they are rubbing up and down when I walk. So they're a little short in length...

Love these! Shipping was late, but they threw in a free pair of awesome thermal socks to go with it! Then, I thought I didn't get my package because it said delivered, but couldn't find it. I emailed them and they reshipped a new pair for free. I ended up getting the first pair the next day and told them. However, they already shipped the second pair and told me to keep them. Amazing customer service! These boots are super soft inside and adorable.

These are so comfortable and cozy! They keep my feet warm while working from home. The sole is thick and durable.

Very comfortable, stylish, and keeps my feet warm. What more could you ask for! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it runs a little big. I need to wear socks while wearing them so that they don't slide off.

We had a snag in shipment yet the folks (Cheryl) from GaaHuu were responsive & super to work with I bought two pairs as gifts & the receivers have both texted me saying they are their favorite house shoes ever! I will definitely be using this company again!

Super cozy and warm! However- you may want to order a size up. I got the 7-8.5 (I’m usually an 8-8.5 in shoes) and they’re a little too small.

1st- The item is amazing. Both of my nieces are obsessed with the slippers. 2nd- Customer Service is fantastic! I was disappointed that the items would not be in for Christmas as I was told. However, after contacting the company, I received a VERY quick reply letting me know why and an apology letting me know that they are adding in an extra gift for free to compensate. I was extremely impressed with their customer service. I hope people can look beyond a shipping delay due the fact that it is 2020 and we should all know by now that sometimes we have no control over situations. We will be buying again from this company without hesitation. Thank you very much for your customer service and AMAZING products!

I just received this item today, it was supposed to be shipped on the 14th, did not ship until 2 days before Christmas. I was not impressed with the product once received, the presentation was not great, I will not buy from them again

I ordered these on the 7th of December and they are finally scheduled to arrive on the 5th of January !!!!!! Let's just hope they are decent quality !

My item was shipped on the 12th and I have yet to receive it. I have ordered so many items after that time and still receiving them.
