I wanted matching sets but I would order again

Did not get the dress I thought I originally selected, was told the one I wanted was sold out but that I could pay to return the item I did receive. The dress I did receive was extremely large for the size.

Absolutely stunning nightgowns for my littles. Beautifully made and very soft. They had a Holly print and I love the way they look and make me babies feel!

I never give a negative review to anyone but customer service with this person is very poor. I had to leave a negative review to get a response from her. I deleted that review. I paid to return gowns (I guess I don't get a refund for that) then very slow to ship my pajamas to me.

Very poor quality Poor customer service I emailed twice concerning returning and by the time I finally received a response, they said I only had three days to return it Very disappointing

I purchased 3 pairs of these (2 for my twin daughters & 1 for my son). After reading the reviews, I ordered a size up on all of them. When I received my sons, it was so incredibly small (I'm guessing it was mismarked). I reached out to the seller and she responded stating to return the "too small pair" and then I could purchase a bigger size online, which I did. So I had to pay for shipping twice actually! I returned my item and my tracking number shows she received it on December 22nd. I have reached out to the seller twice now regarding the status of my refund. It has been 8 days and still no response from the seller. Not happy with the customer service and lack of response from the seller. Would like my refund on the pajamas I returned back (unworn) as requested by the seller! Bad communication on seller's behalf!! Beware!

I ordered a 14/16y expecting a 14/16y. When I received item the tag read 6XL. So I reached out to the seller and was informed that a 6XL is a 14/16y.. maybe the listing should state this. The item looks very small for a 14/16y. I will give it to someone who can wear it as it will not work for us.

Not what I expected. Fabric is thin & silky rather than cozy & warm for winter pjs. Ordered for grandkids. Haven’t given them to them yet. Hoping sizing is true to size.

Fit is small. Material is silky/slinky/clingy, just not what I was expecting.

Not my favorite. I was looking for cozy pjs and these are thin and silky. The tag even suggests dry cleaning. Not what I would have picked had I seen them in person.

So soft and comfy, everyone gets jams for Christmas!
