It is a very cute dress and well made. Definitely twirls. My granddaughter loves it. She between sizes so i ordered up so she has room to grow.

These sweaters are THE CUTEST ever. I actually got an adult one on Jane that's slightly different but will go perfectly with my toddler without being matchy matchy. Super soft. GREAT design. LOVE LOVE LOVE! YOU MUST BUY IT! <3
The material is the shiny material and not soft Cotton.
I got this for my 2.5 year old- I bought a 2-3y size thinking it'll be perfect this fall maybe even through next spring... nope! I was very disappointed to find how small this actually was- more like an 18 month I think. I put it on my 13 month old and she loooooves it. Found a very similar one at Von Maur and bought my 2.5 yesr old that one! Keep that in mind. Its very soft and super cute! I thought about giving this 4 starts but I went through a tantrum since sissy got it :(
