I gave this a one star not bc of the dress but bc of the customer service. The dress was ok. The fit was a bit large and the fabric wasn't what I had expected so I contacted the business to return it. The lady was a bit rude and said if I wanted my money back then I had to send it back within 3 days and pay for shipping. 3 days??? I just received the dress the day before! So I contacted Jane and they said that absolutely wasnt true, that I had 2 wks to notify the shop and then 30 days from that to return. So anyway I returned it in 2 days. Then I waited and waited with no response. After about a month, I started emailed the shop looking for my refund with zero response. So I contacted Jane again. Then they finally emailed me back after a few weeks and said they could only refund my money if I sent them the tracking number. So I sent it. I whole heartedly believe that if I didn't send the tracking number, I would have never got my refund!!! Returning something should never be this much of a headache!!! I don't care about the $24, it's the principle! Dont shop here!!!
