This was great! It wasn't printed in the correct order that I wrote, but it is still nice.

I received my ornament with a misspelling but Anca was quick to make the correction for me despite the holiday rush and some technical issues she was experiencing! I'm so pleased with the quality of work! She also included a little gift for me as a make up for the issue and I love it! It was completely unexpected but showed phenomenal customer service!

Beautifully crafted, and even prettier in person. I ordered two and one of the hearts had some of the red scratched off from packaging. I reached out to Anca the seller, and she was so kind to send me a replacement immediately. She was gracious and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend!

It's super cute but it doesn't come with a way to hang it. I thought that since it was labeled as wall decor that I'd be able to hang it on my wall. Also a little disappointed that one edge of it in the white area looks like someone with dirty fingers was handling it as there are black smudges. Hoping I can clean those off. Plus side...it came packaged really nicely to prevent damage. Overall it is very cute.

I love the ornament. I did not realize the ribbon, as shown, was not included. I expressed this to the owner of the company, she sent me gingham ribbon as she wanted me to be happy with the purchase. Very happy with the extra attention she gave to make me a satisfied customer.

My friend just moved to Idaho and she loves her new ornament. She will proudly hang it on her tree!
