So disappointed. It does not look at all like the picture. It is so flat and not fluffy at all.

I'm so sorry to hear about this issue! Sometimes it may take a few hours for the comforters to become fluffy after removing them from the packaging. If they are still flat after a few hours, you can fluff them by hand or throw them in a dryer without heat! I hope this helps!
