It is really soft and the pattern is just like it showed. I actually was able to fit 2 of my cheap comforters in it- I got the queen size. Only problem was it came smelling of greasy garlic. I washed it 2 times with scent and it still smelled so I had to soak it over night in vinegar, wash it again with scent in warm water, and then let it air out a bit to get the smell out.
