There was a rip in the bedspread and i notifird the seller and they never tried fo make it right

Just as advertised! Soft, came out of the dryer with NO wrinkles, nice a generous in size, with enough hanging down on the sides and at the foot to tuck in! Love 'em!

The reason I gave it at least two stars is because the sheets are descent. Not wrinkle proof as stated though. The reason for bad review is, Horrible customer service!!! Tried contacting customer service with a question. First I emailed the company. Next, I called the company and spoke with someone, she put me on hold, verified they received my email and told me they would return my call the same day. I never received a phone call or a response to my email. This was on 10-17-17. Very disappointed with the customer service!!
