So so soft and they wash really well no shrinkage

This set is lovely. Very Soft and I love the zipper vs buttons for the closure.

Description was for a gray duvet cover. When we received it, the color was actually more of a gray.

Super soft, good quality. Very happy with it!

Ordered a king size. It’s actually big on my king size down comforter but that’s ok because the duvet now covers the exposed sides of the bed! Very soft fabric. Good value!

It’s not exactly the pattern I expected and a little darker gray than I wanted.

No response from seller nor Jane.com (per their written instructions). I need to return an item. No packing slip was sent. No return instructions given. Extremely disappointed and honestly just disgusted now. I will not be using this site ever again. Nor will my friends and family since they have seen how customer service is nonexistent. Shame on I enjoy and Jane.com for these shoddy business practices.

Although My duvet cover had a dark brown stain the size of a dime, seller was quick to respond and sent a replacement right away, so far loving my cover !
