Coloring was off I ordered a light gray and I received a black and white cover I feel like the picture was deceiving The picture looked like solid stripes but they weren't at all I have contacted the seller but have not heard back yet

This duvet is really soft and pretty. Bigger than what I thought it would be. But I really like it.

Updated review: Contacted customer service about the dirty duvet. They were extremely fast in their reply & assured me that they do not sell or accept opened returns & issued me a refund. While I was not impressed with the product itself, the customer service was above & beyond expectation. 💯 Used, gross. Package arrived fast, but upon opening the duvet and laying it out, I immediately noticed a large dirt/stained area the size of my fist. Someone must've returned this and it wasn't checked before being sold again.
