Very pretty simple inexpensive dress. Not too short or too long. Exactly as it looks in the photo and will be appropriate for many occasions.

Runs very small. I sized up and still too small
My 11 year old daughter ended up with this. It was so small. I ordered a large and it was absolutely not a large.
Fit was very small and short stride. I normally wear a small to med. I ordered a large because I planned to use it as a coverup so I wanted it big. The large was way to small even for normal wear. Not satisfied at all and don’t want to pay the shipping to return it so I’ll find someone who can wear it.
Thin see through fabric
Way too big, not just relaxed fit. Cute, but had to send it back.
Cut smaller size
These pants are children size all over. The xl 14-16 is no where close to that size. They might fit my 13 year old niece who is 5’6 and 100 lb athlete. But they would still be too short since they are like crop pants on me 5’5.
