I have tried to exchange but the seller nor Jane customer service will respond back to my emails. I have sent 5 total emails and no reply.

I gave 3 stars because the color stated LIME and the picture was a bright lime green. What I received was not a lime or bright green. It’s a dull light green.

Such a cute, unique shirt! True to sz, I'm a med. , purchased this in med. Love the flowers on the pocket & the back, good quality embroidery. . Well made & a soft, light type of flannel. Love this!

My fastest Jane delivery! Very thick. Will wear this winter buttoned up, for fall, open with a tee.

Was not very flattering. Thought it would lay differently on me. Material is nice. Wish it covered my arms a little more as the ruffles kinda flared out which I didn’t like

Ordered seafoam in my usual size and it fit great. When it came, it was definitely more of a gray color with maybe a hint of blue. I was sure I was sent the wrong color so I emailed the seller and sent them pictures. They apologized and said it looked like I was sent the slate blue instead of seafoam. They offered me free shipping if I wanted to keep it, but I said I'd rather exchange it for the right color. They eventually sent me a return label and said they'd ship the right color as soon as tracking began. I dropped it in the mail and 2 weeks went by without hearing anything or receiving the seafoam sweater. I emailed them and asked if they received my return to which they replied they did. They told me the gray sweater I sent back WAS seafoam and said they'd refund me. I don't know if they would've ever sent me a refund or exchange unless I reached out to them because it had been 2 weeks, they had already received my item, and didn't even reach out to me to let me know. I had to ask about it. So, it's a great sweater if you don't care what you get for color. Customer service is not great.
