In regard to the product, the jacket is VERY short. It falls above my pant line, which I found odd and called me to initiate a return. As for the return process, I’ve been very disappointed. Emailed Jane to get info on the return and was told I could return it on my dime, which I expected and was fine with, and that IF the seller considered it a returnable item, they’d refund me upon receipt of the return. Reached out to the seller to confirm it was returnable BEFORE paying for shipping, and have heard nothing back. Likely will not purchase from this seller again if I can’t get this one squared away.

The cream color is 100% see through. Otherwise, cute and nice fit.

I never received my order. Seller will not respond to multiple emails sent. I’ve ordered a total of 3 jackets and only received 1. The jacket is nice, but the company does not communicate whatsoever. Bad business.

I wish I had known how comfortable and flattering these joggers were when I ordered. I worked have ordered more than one and now they are not in stock. Very good price for a comfy, soft jogger.

These are the most comfortable leggings I have ever owned. Would definitely recommend.

Love these cute, pull on pants! My husband was shocked when I told him how inexpensive they were. Bought a medium and I usually wear a 6 or 8, fit perfect!

This sweater really shed! I was surprised as it was so nice and soft. I didn’t wash first and wore to a party. Unfortunately I left a trail of fuzz everywhere I sat in my hostesses home!

Would be really cute but run super small. I am normally a small but I ordered a medium and they were still very uncomfortable to put on.

Even though it says oversized, the length of sweather was too short and sleeves was too long. I was disappointed in this and sent back.

Ordered a medium and it fit great! I’m about 150 lbs and 5”6. I get compliments on it a lot!

Only reason why I did not give a 5 rating is that I had to re-sew some straps back on. This was before I washed them or wore them the first time.

Do not order from this company! Still haven’t received this sweater or a refund. I’ve tried contacting Jane and Hope+Grace and no response. Very disappointed in the customer service!

I ordered this 5 weeks ago and never received it. No communication at all. I will not be shopping online anymore.

Ordered 12/26. Today is 1/15 and the label has been created but they haven’t shipped. I emailed the seller last week and never received a response. These are listed again on Jane, which seems crazy when they’re not shipping the other batch.
