Great fit! Perfect for cool spring days.
Not smocked at all. The waistband is thick elastic with sewn lines through it. Not as the picture shows and NO POCKETS!

These run extremely small. I normally wear a size 8/10 and got the 10/12 and I can barely get them to my knees. Super disappointed.
