Runs very small

It runs small and the fuzzy side sheds a lot.

I believe these are Junior sizes...I love the jacket however the color was not what I expected.

Way too small!!I got a large based on the size chart and ended up giving it to my tall and thin 13 year old daughter. Super cute and warm, but this is like juniors sizing. And pretty much non-existent customer service, as I emailed them twice with no response as to what their return process was.

Nice coat but ran way too small. I ordered a large and it fits my 6th grade students. I use it as an extra coat for recess.

It is cut funny. I ordered one for me and my daughter. It doesn’t fit either one of us.

Loved the material of the jacket, but the fit was way too small. I normally wear a small sometimes medium and the medium was still really small on me. I had to pay almost half of what I paid for the jacket just to return it, so definitely a waste of money

This coat is SUPER cute, one of my favorite items - BUT, the sizing is waaay off. I ordered a small and it is very, very small. I gave it to a friend who is normally an x-small and it was too small for her too! Even more disappointing was the customer service. I asked if I could exchange it and the answer was “no” and that they only accept returns for 7 days. During this time of year I do not always even open my mail for 7 days so the window was over before I even tried it on. I also sell on Jane and was surprised by this poor experience.

Definitely runs small, need to order 3 sizes up. Reached out to seller to see how I can return item and gotten no response.

In regard to the product, the jacket is VERY short. It falls above my pant line, which I found odd and called me to initiate a return. As for the return process, I’ve been very disappointed. Emailed Jane to get info on the return and was told I could return it on my dime, which I expected and was fine with, and that IF the seller considered it a returnable item, they’d refund me upon receipt of the return. Reached out to the seller to confirm it was returnable BEFORE paying for shipping, and have heard nothing back. Likely will not purchase from this seller again if I can’t get this one squared away.

Cute for price. Zipper is not high quality so I can see this being an only for 1 season coat...

Very short and runs small. I even sized up, and it is still very tight on me. It is warm, but just not flattering on.
