the photo is great, but the packaging it came in wasn't good. The postal service had to put it in another package with a note stating the packaging had torn.

I thought I had ordered two different backgrounds on the prints...I was sure enough that I did not check my receipt prior to writing my original review. I knew the prints would be shipped rolled however I didn't expect the card stock to be of suck quality that rolling it in the opposite direction would leave creases. I have actually never ordered prints like this on line. The quality is excellent. I received a reply from the company soon after my original review and they offered to do anything necessary to correct my concerns, this impressed me very much. The prints are wonderful ... I should have taken more time to look everything over before writing my review. I will definitely order prints from this company again. I am changing my star review from three to five stars.
