I had originally posted a review saying I had not received my football images. They were shipped with a 4 piece set I had purchased and I assumed when I saw the first two that it was the set and sent them to my niece. Turns out all my ordered pictures were placed together. Appreciate your help and trying to fix the issue. Love them

Update; thank you for your email and offer to make sure I got my prints. It all of a sudden dawned on me, when realizing all delivery dates were the same, to check on the wizard 4 picture packet set I ordered and sent to my niece, to have her check if the other prints were in there. I had assumed it was just the wizard set as I quickly peaked into packaging and immediately sent it. She had wondered why I sent her footballs and thought maybe it was for my Nephew. So… I will have them shortly. Thank you, my sincere apologies. She showed me pictures. They are prefect. Thank you Sadly, I never received my print. I’d actually forgotten about it and just checking on an order in my Jane account and realized i never received this :(.

I ordered from 3 different collections, ALL were Home, James! and I was made to pay 3 separate shipping charges. I do not understand this since they are coming from the same store. Will likely not buy from here again.
