The delivery was awesome the packaging was wonderful I liked the authenticity of the items. However I know it was supposed to look rustic like a chalk board but there were scratches that just looks like scratches and so that was disappointing. But I put a frame around it and it made a great Christmas gift for my mother-in-law.
