Extra Long Beaded Garland

My order was placed months ago and I have not received my order. USPS states the order was sent back to the original sender. When I contacted the seller in April she stated would be sending another item. Still nothing! No tracking info, and no communication from the the seller. I want a full refund on my purchase.
