This looks like a size XX L on! Not good for me

One of my favorite purchases from Jane. So pretty and the colors were right on. I love the little ruffled collar. Super cute with jeans.
Does not fit as per the picture. Super tight across the breast area. I even sized up.

The front where it crosses needs a snap or something. The quality isn’t good either. Runs small also.
