This ball is great for the golden retriever. He chases it all round the yard. Great quality awesome price
Just to clunky and catches hair. I would not recommend.

I returned the item about two weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund. I contacted Jane as well as the seller and neither one have returned my emails. Very disappointed as I have been a Jane customer for several years! After emailing several times, I finally got a refund and was asked a few times to remove my review. No thank you.
My “grand dog” loves this ball. So happy I bought it.
Ball popped 5 minutes after the dog received it. Contacted company with no response. Don’t waste your money unless it’s just for looks.

I ordered bans and thought my updated address had taken place. When I looked on Jane site conflicting information regarding the delivery was seen. Disappointed because item was delivered to my old address, based on the feedback received it appears that it’s a lost for me, which is unfortunate. I will not be ordering from this site in the future! Can’t afford to pay for an item that is not received!
