Not as pictured

You get what you pay for...

Issued a refund. Once I finally received my order after waiting almost a month...... ornament was not at all as pictured. I expected a 3 dimensional glossy ornament as pictured. Received a flat wooden one with sticker. Very disappointing!

I would leave zero stars if I could. I have always been happy with my Jane purchases in the past, but this one is a joke! Not only did it take 22 days to arrive, it is the cheapest piece of crap. They misled the buyers with their photos, and no where in the description does it say it will be made by a kindergartener who needs to practice using a copy machine and glue. DONT buy!

Maybe I didn't read the description? This is made of very thin "wood" that the design is printed on. Extremely cheap looking. Not what I was expecting. I threw it in the garbage. I'll be ordering from somewhere else. The ornament did not look like the picture.

This 'ornament' is nothing like the photos. I expected a 3d ornament from what the photos show, but it is just a slim piece of wood with a cut out piece of paper glued to it. It also took several weeks and emails back and forth to receive.

First ornament never arrived and received no tracking number. Finally got seller to send another and so disappointed! Very cheap! Just a PHOTO of an actual ornament glued onto wood!

Took a long time to arrive. I actually forgot I had ordered it. Then it showed up in a Groupon bag. I didn't realize I was buying from Groupon here! I thought it was individual sellers! It's a piece of particle board painted. It's cheaper than what I expected. Maybe I didn't read the description, but I thought it was going to be a nice ceramic ornament. It was meant to be a present for my daughter, but I would be embarassed to give them a piece of particle board.

As others have said, this ornament is not what is pictured at all. It is a picture of the ornament printed on a piece of particle board. I was super disappointed. It also took a whole month to arrive. I will be returning this item.

Looks nothing like the picture

I was told the item shipped in November but I never received it. I contacted the seller 3 times to ask for a refund because I bought another gift for my family member and he kept saying ok I'll get to it on the next business day. He also kept blaming the post office. He never issued a refund. Now the item is arriving a month later and I have no one to give it to and am out the money.

Not at all what is pictured. Shipping was horrible. I ordered in early Nov. and didn't receive it till 3 days before Christmas. What a waste.

Nothing like the pictures, it was a picture of the product attached to a wooden cut out. Very disappointed.

Misrepresented by the picture. Was actually a piece of wood with paper picture glued onto it. There was nothing in the item description that stated it would be made of wood.
