UPDATE: Contacted the company and quickly received a reply. He assured me he would be shipping more masks. I received them and they are cool and comfortable. Thanks for rectifying the problem. Ordered these a month ago and never received them. Contacted company and more were shipped. Still no package received. Just keeps saying on the tracking that my package is delayed. I receive packages from everywhere else that I order and only this package is delayed twice. Hmmm

It doesn't stay on the ears.

Easy to care for

Using it with my large and small dogs, it’s naturally a little uneven but works great!

These actually do cool! Better product that I've actually bought by far. My grandma even says it's better to go into the store and she can breathe better.

I bought a bigger size than what was sent to me It's either a mix up for false advertising I emailed the seller and nothing

The quality is not great, but it is breathable. My major dislike is they are huge!

these are garbage, as is this seller.. i ordered 2 adult size masks, one came ripped..the other one was a small childs size.. i contacted "customer service" and after getting the run around for almost a dozen messages..they refunded the broken one {minus shipping?) and then wouldnt respond to MANY messages abouth sending the wrong size.. i had to go through PAYPAL to finally get my money back.. all i wanted is what i paid for AND WHAT YOU HAVE UP FOR SALE.!! stay FAR away from this seller

I have not used it for cooling yet. It is well made.

The size of the mask is a little short Up and down and the cords make it too long but it worked for my son!
