Every year we get a new ornament for the tree. This sums up the year for us!

This product is not what is displayed in the picture nor is it mentioned anywhere in the comments that this is a wood product not the hard ceramic like material pictured It's a thin wood cut out Very unprofessional that the listing pictures don't match the actual item shipped and that the difference is not mentioned anywhere on the listing

I wish I could leave this product ZERO stars What a rip off It's a thin wooden ornament that looks absolutely nothing like the picture. Will not order from this company again- cheaply made and inaccurate depiction of the product

Misleading listing. Pf the poorest quality. Picture on listing shows a 3 dimensional, ceramic ornament. Received what looks like a cardboard cut out of the product pictured. Embarrassed to give these as gifts.

So disappointed in this. The pictures make it look like a ceramic ornament. What I got was a piece of wood with a grainy piece of crap image glued on.

I'll add to the plethora of other one star reviews - This ornament showed up in true 2020 fashion. Cheap, ugly, and full of disappointment. It's not the cute ceramic ornament the is pictured. Instead it is cheap wood with a pixilated picture plastered to the front..... Not what I was expecting. Not as pictured. and quite frankly, not acceptable.

The only thing I regret is I missed the personalization but that's my fault. Cute and creative ornaments.

I guess I didnt read the description or it wasnt there. I have a really nice ceramic ornament that looks like this. I was really disappointed when I recieved a piece of wood with the picture poorly printed on it. It is not 3D like the pictures make it look. It is very low quality and I couldnt give it as a gift. It also arrived in Groupon packaging.

Did not meet expectations based on the image provided and description. What a scam..

The ornaments with 4 family members are just ok....the one with 5 is horrible!!! Pixely everything and shiny so you can't customize. SO disappointed and want a refund!
