Super impressed! Order arrived and it had an extra note pad because 1 messed up in printing. Also had a note explaining why. My note pad is super cute! I would suggest to add a magnet option for easier access.

BUYER BEWARE ! Not white or cream as pics depict, weird bluish grey -very disappointed -seller defensive and difficult as well . Bad business practice. Not JANE worthy seller . Donating item to local shelter hope to bring someone joy - lemons into lemon aid

It was explained to customer that printed colors may not always exactly match how they appear on screen, as all screens are different. The background is intended to imitate a painted background, and as such is not pure white. No where in the listing does it mention the background being pure white. Customer was offered a full refund once we received items back in original condition, but customer did not want to pay the return shipping which as per the Jane Return Policy was her responsibility as the item did not arrive damaged and the correct item was sent. We even recommended to customer to use US First Class Mail to return the item as it would be their cheapest way to return the item while still having a tracking number so she would be out the least amount of money. Customer chose not to return product and donate it instead on her own accord. We are adding a disclaimer about the imitation painted background texture to future listings for this product, as we always want our customers to have the best experience possible with our products.
