Was much bigger than it looked in picture. I know it's a loose fit but it kind of just swallowed me up.

Thinner material than i expected but still nice

It looks nothing like it does online. It's much darker and the inside is not lined with fleece, but more like cheap fake fur. I'm disappointed that it's not what i was expecting to get.

The dark blue on the sleeves is not blue. It's black. Looks very odd with the orange. Material is not cozy. It's cheap. I'll sleep in it but not something I would wear in public.

I'm 5'3" and this is very long - not like the pic. I got the taupe color - bad choice.

It was true to size. It just look beautiful for my event, with the pants I wore. I also wore it with a pair of jeans and cute booties. It looked good either way. Dressy or casual.
I Normally wear a lg or XL. I bought an XL for a comfortable oversized fit. It is super soft and warm. Got several compliments.
Size is way off. I am normally a 10/12 so went with the large. Its enormous. I need medium or even a small.
