order a size bigger
This dress is flowy and soft. It fits snug up top, so keep that in mind. I wear a size 4-6 and ordered a M because I wanted a loose fit.
They were just ok...definitely not as cute as in the picture.

T-shirt is not cotton, it is a polyester type material. Do not like at all.
Size runs small. I purchased an XL, it fit like a size 8. I gave it to my sister who wears size 8. Customer service was great when I reached out about returning the dress.
