Material was not what I expected. Has small pin holes like, I expected a smooth athletic material.

It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have my order or a tracking number. They just keeping saying that is it out of their warehouse and in transit. The customer service from this company is awful. Jane customer service seems to be doing the best they can. Was really looking forward to these as a Christmas present for my daughter.

Attempted multiple times to get an active tracking number and every single time I was told they were shipped. Order was placed 3 weeks ago and nothing at all.

I ordered a Navy size XXL and it arrived in black size XXL. The cut is very odd where the band at the bottom is cut narrow and the shoulders are very wide. This would work great for a man who is a body builder, but that is not the average man, like my husband. I am pretty sure the package said Women's XXL on the package too. I washed and dried the hoodie to see if the shoulders would shrink up some but it is still very wide cut. Very soft material, which is a plus for comfort.

These joggers were too small so I requested a refund I sent them back and never received my refund

Seems cheap but haven’t gotten from husband.

My husband is a true XL and these run just a tiny bit snug and the arms are a tiny bit short. Wearable but definitely gonna have to be careful washing so they dont shrink

Not sure the zipper used was the best quality but they are warm.
