This collar is cheap and does not light up as shown in the picture. There is only a small dim strip through the middle that lights up. I suppose you get what you pay for... I do not recommend this product.

Uncomfortable
I thought the light would go all the way around which is what it looks like I the picture. But I still really like the glow and will most likely get a couple more!
Did not like, I'd have to buy at least two packages for this to work and I felt like they pulled my hair out.
