Cheep and flimsy. I actually threw it away.
Does nothing.
Light works well but you can. It use this to attach to leash. If the dog pulls on leash then the collar comes undone.
No English instructions.

Seems okay. Wish there were some directions for manipulating the base, but went back to pics and figured it out.
It rides up and tries to curl on me throughout the day. I can't really tell that it helps me either.
I would like to buy 2 or 3 more cant find them on the sight.
