Fits big so order down a size

This order says it was shipped from Utah almost a month ago and has still not arrived. I am also in the US so I can't imagine why it is taking a month to be delivered from the time it was shipped.

Quality product! Runs a bit big which wouldn't really be a big deal except you can't adjust it very much because of the LED strip. That being sad I ended up buying a second collar in a smaller size so now my Mom's dog (gave him the first one I bought in the bigger size) and my dog have matching collars. these are great collars and work really well. Highly recommend!

I thought the sponge would be a little more sturdy. It makes it hard to put on make-up since the sponge is limp.
