I ordered two and only received one, it’s an okay quality I just wish I would’ve opened the package as soon as it arrived so there would’ve been time to correct the mistake.

Customer service was great. Quality of collar not so much. First collar only lit halfway around so company sent me a second one for free - same problem though, collar only lights half way around.
