Haven’t worked out with it yet, but I’ve worn it a few times. Not sure if it trims you down any but it does help keep everything in place with no bumps or bulges.

Pretty stright forward. Bought them for my husband for his suit jackets. He doesn't like wearing them while driving to work so this is a great alternative!!

The first time I tried to open up the clips the clips fell apart. 😒

I bought it for my grandson and he liked the beanie. He said it would be great for camping with the led lights on beanie.He thought that the lights were cool.

Cheap material and sleeves were not long enough. If I pay over $20 (with shipping) for a sweater I expect it to be a better quality.

My dad loves his hat. He burns wood to keep his house warm in the winter and he loves using this to get wood from outside at night.
