It’s a kids pillow but I purchased it for myself as an adult. It does the job, but is probably a lot more ideal for children.

The phone holder is hard as a rock and almost impossible to move around. Unclips as you are trying to stuggle with it and get it in the right angle. Save your money and buy a better quality one elsewhere.
