I normally wear a large. I ordered an XL because the reviews said this ran small. It was tiny. This runs VERY small. I don't love this particular product but this company is great on communication.

I have long hair but this really doesn't hold your hair in. Also too me a handful of times to actually get my hair to stay in and not fall out while rolling up.
