I washed this sweater one time and it has already started unraveling. Very disappointed

Shirt was not as soft as I hoped, but still cute and unique.
Ordered a large because the showed a large as a 10-12. WAY too big - even for the style that is shown. Package arrived with no way to make a return. I have emailed the seller. Hoping they don't make this an issue as some of the reviews I've read state that purchasers do not get a response when they email.

I usually wear a small in tops but wanted a looser fit so I went with the medium. Fits true to size. Comfortable and I like that the material moves well and is not stiff. After a day of wearing, there is pilling on the front which is disappointing. I’ll be curious to see how it wears over the winter.
