It's difficult to buy bras online but I decided to do it anyway. I am a 40 D and I ordered an XL. It is snug and the cups that are built in do not cover my breast at all. It was hard to get off once on. I did enjoy the color. The soft purple or lavender is pretty. I'm not sure I will actually wear it.
