This is a jacket that has no way to fasten it, no buttons, zipper, nothing, what gives? How do I inquire about a return? Pockets on coat make it hang funny..I like it but I want to wear it outside and have it close. Help!

Just received my purchase and it's definitely not what was shown on the pictures, as learning when purchasing anything NEVER BELIEVE THE PICTURE .... It's not full looking as pictured with the kid! But hopefully it helps my kids when we travel because the seatbelts always strangles their necks & leaves indentation..... I don't leave reviews because I know everyone is trying to make a living so I will still leave a decent review & recommend but as I noted please never believe the pictures so you won't get disappointed ..... Not worth the purchase because you will get disappointed ... IT DOES NOT SUPPORT MY SON HEAD AT ALL.....

Way too big I returned for a refund in august but have not received I followed up asking the status of the refund and received a standard email with return instructions. Still waiting on refund Buyer beware
