Have had them for little over a month. Already the footbed fur is ripping and falling apart.

I looked at the sizing and ordered my normal size. The arms were too tight and 3 inches short in length. I contacted the seller and they said I could return for a refund. I inquired several times about a postage paid return label (since I had to pay for shipping to get the item). Total silence and no communication. I will not order again since the shipping to receive it, the shipping to return it and the lack of communication just made this a not pleasant experience.

Would have liked it longer as shown on model but it was shorter on me and I'm 5'6. Also ran small so would order up, otherwise, washed up great and good material.
