Love it!
The quality is not at all what I expected. The size is smaller and that's my own fault. However, I would have been fine with it had the sign actually been shiplap and thicker. It's very thin and looks cheap. I've contacted the shop to return the item but haven't hear back from them.
Hi! I just checked our records and don't see any email received with your email or order number! We do try to advertise everything very clearly in the listing description so everyone receives exactly what they expect. In this case, it is listed as being made of 1/8" birch wood rather than the shiplap. We would love to offer real shiplap materials as an option, but would not be able to offer as great of a sale price for you!
Alot smaller than I thought it would be bu really cute and good quality. Perfect for my coffee bar!

Took forever to ship. When I finally got it, after wearing it for two days I can no longer see one of the names... wouldn’t buy again.
I am so sorry to hear that! Included in the package is a polishing pad that can be used to get the original shine back in case of patina that develops after wear. Each person's reaction to the copper and brass metals is different. The ship time does take the full 2 weeks usually since each item is custom made to order, but was mailed out as scheduled. If you need something rushed, you can always send a quick email with the request and I will try to help you out if at all possible!
I was so excited for these (I ordered 2)! Unfortunently, it took 17 days to actually get them and when I received them one was beautiful and spaced perfectly (!) and the other (in a different font) was super scrunched together and just looked cheap. As much as I wanted to love these it took way to long to receive and for one of them the quality just was not there. So possibly hit and miss with this one.
I am sorry to hear that! Our ship time does take a full 2 weeks after the deal ends unfortunately, especially with the holiday season in effect. If you need something sooner, please send a quick email and I will try to help out if at all possible! As for the lettering, the different fonts can determine how closely the letters appear, so can be a little smaller than expected when trying to accommodate such a small area on the cuff. Florabella font has a lot of highs and lows as far as letter height, so it can engrave a little smaller if those letters are in your personalization.

Very cute, however it was printed on the back... I have to wear it backwards in order for the name to show.

These are little big on the wrist but still wearable
I did not receive what I ordered. I have emailed the seller twice and have received NO RESPONSE.
Replacement was sent in October of 2018.
