Wayyyyy too small

I ordered a small, my usual size, and it was still a little bigger than I'd prefer. Very cute though and the color is beautiful. Love the lace trim. It is low cut so I wore a bandeau under it.

I originally ordered a small because that's my normal size. It was way too tight in the chest and arms area so I paid the shipping and exchanged it for a medium. The medium is a little better but still way too tight in the chest and arms. I won't be sending it back because I don't want to pay shipping costs again. I would order at least 2 sizes up.
