I love the shirt, however, it is a bit form fitting and short in the sleeves. I ordered a large and usually wear a large. When I contacted the seller about this issue, they offered to send me a new shirt in an XL and I DON'T HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING OR RETURN THE ORIGINAL! In addition, they claim to donate all of their returns and requested that I just donate my original order! Therefore, I would give them five stars when it comes to customer service. :)

Although I was unhappy with the product due to the fabric, the customer service I received was outstanding. I will be purchasing from Gilbert Girls again.

Not a fan of the fake Henley design (the buttons do not function) but it is still a very cute shirt.

Runs very small and is clingy. The top stripe seems to hit you mid chest making the whole shirt look odd.

The sleeves are extremely long

I ordered my usual size but it was a bit tight on me. I would size up if you are looking for the top to be a little loose. Great customer service! Owner was quick to respond to concerns after my review and I was able to get a better fit.

Got the blue shirt, its absolutely beautiful! I received so many compliments! Just as pictured.

I did size up in case I needed to wear a tank underneath (I wasn’t sure if it was sheer) but it’s soft and well made. The back lace detail is beautiful.

Shirt was defective (breast pocket was in wrong place) but it was cute and fit otherwise. I contacted seller and she was very helpful.
