I sized down and still to big

I have sent 3 emails to this company because the duster I got is basically falling apart! I have got no reply back!
Not true to size! When ordering order 2 sizes up! Not really a true sweater, it’s very thin! Was very disappointed, had to return the sweater!!
I love the way it fits. I can wear with leggings or jeans.

Very thin and poor quality. The white on the inside is also very noticeable when wearing. Colors are faded and not as vibrant as in pictures
