I wear a 14 and the XL was loose, not fitted. This shirt runs long. I did a “French tuck” in the front of my jeans and it was cute. I ordered the black and wore a black bra underneath. The straps blended into the neck in the front but did show through in the back so will need a tank to cover the straps for work. Great staple tee with a little visual interest.

I am in-between a medium and large. I ordered a large and it's just a little big. So I'd recommend, if you are in-between sizes get the smaller size. I still really like the shirt, just wish I would have gotten a medium. The material is very soft and a little thicker than my other tee shirts. I got the green color and it's very pretty.
