This is no way a relaxed fit shirt. I would need to upsize at LEAST 2 sizes to get a fit remotely like the picture and description portrays. It is tight around the bust and neck does not hang off shoulder. It sits just like a regular sweatshirt would. It will still work for a tighter fit shirt but am unhappy with this purchase.
