The quality of the hat is great and exactly as described! The monogram letter look just as the pictures show. I was a little disappointed with the color of the thread. I ordered a gray hat with a “hot pink” monogram. I would not describe the color as hot pink- it’s simply pink. Other items I’ve had monogrammed with “hot” pink are more neon. This is definitely not that.

The quality is great, price was good however, the stitching color is more of a burgundy than a dark red. I was needing something in dark red/crimson for OU, and this is not red enough for that.
