Cute hate, however, the brim is a tad long and the monogram is a little off center (very little) but neither bother me enough to contact the seller for a replacement.

The item I received was a different font then the item I thought I was ordering. I was not satisfied with the product, therefore I emailed the company who promptly responded to the email and contacted Jane customer support. I was issued a full refund. Now that’s how you do business. I appreciate their quick and easy customer service.

I love my hat. At first I sent in the wrong initials(just got engaged and still getting use to using my soon to be last name) I emailed the company with my corrected initials. I was worried they never got it but I just received my hat and it was corrected with a congratulations from them on the receipt. The hat is everything I was wanting.
