Great hat and the monogram is so cute! I love that the hat doesn’t have a snap or velcro back. It has a smooth metal adjuster. The seller also gave me a 50% off coupon in my package!! I plan on using it.

I was very excited for this item! When it came yesterday, after a couple weeks (which I totally understand because it’s a custom piece), it was actually the wrong hat. I was able to contact the seller, Lindsay, to get the correct one sent my way. She was so kind and very quick to respond! Even though it wasn’t the right color, it was still beautiful and well made. Can’t wait to see the correct one come! I would definitely buy again, even though there was a simple mix up, she was quick, helpful and kind. I go for quality all the way- and she has it in her items and her way of business! Well done!

The hat looks just as it does in the pictures, if not better. The seller shipped it out quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the brim of the hat is longer than the normal hats I wear and doesn't sit flush on your head, giving it bit of a weird shape.
